Poem on ignorance of living

No one showed me how to live
Isolated and blind
Stumbling around in the dark
Guessing over time

Instincts often failed me
Examples were weak
Intentions my only guide
How do I be me?

Poem about being absent in life.

Traveled far
traveled wide
But never traveled
in my time

Wasn’t present
to the life I lived
Didn’t exist
where I should have been

Missed so much
my mind away
It still escapes
to this day
